- • Prescription medications cannot be returned
- • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spirit Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services that are the subject of the claim.
